Junior ROTC is an elective high school course taught by military personnel at selected private and public high schools in the United States and its territories. It is also taught abroad through the Department of Defense Dependents 爱博体育 System, which primarily serves the dependents of military personnel stationed overseas.

Established in September 1993, Garey High 爱博体育 is the fourth school in the Pomona Unified 爱博体育 District to adopt the Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps program. Leadership training includes marching, map reading, first aid, textbook assignments, and placement in an actual leadership position.
